The upper is made of Politex which consists of several layers that are laid on top of each other to get the best properties from materials in the form of, abrasion resistance, extensibility, etc.
The top layer consists of a clear film, which keeps the color clear and glossy for a long time.
The back of the shoe is made extra firm so that it does not change shape, even during hard workouts. That way, the foot is held firmly.
The shoe closes with Sidis Techno 3 system which is a swivel buckle which makes it possible to adjust how tight the shoe fits, very precisely. The shoe also closes with two velcro straps further forward.
The wire on the swivel clamp is combined with the Soft Instep 3 system, which is a wide strap that distributes the pressure over a larger area. The strap can be adjusted so that it fits exactly where you want it.
The sole is Sidis RS17 which is made of nylon and provides good stability both while cycling, but also if you have to walk in the woods. The front part can be replaced if it gets worn. Alternatively, spikes can be put on instead. These are not included.
