Orders

When you have placed an order, you can log in to your user account and under ‘My pages’ you will be able to see an overview of your orders. Under ‘My pages’ you will find the page ‘My orders’ and here you’ll be able to view all of your orders. Your orders are divided into active orders and previous orders. Active orders are the ones that haven’t been shipped from the warehouse yet. Previous orders are the ones that have already been shipped from the warehouse. Below, you can read more about how to get into your user account and ‘My pages’.

User account

When placing an order with us, you can choose to create a user concurrently. 

This way, we are able to collect all your information, your previous orders, your most purchased products and much more. If you create a user, it will also be easier for you the next time you shop. We recommend that you create a user account to get the best experience.


You have two ways to create a user: 

  • Create a user before purchase: 
    Click on ‘Log in’ at the top right of the webshop. Here you can select ‘Create user’. Then follow the process to create your user. If you already have a user, this is also where you log in or have a new password sent in case you have forgotten.
  • Create a user in checkout:
    In connection with placing an order in our webshop, you can choose to create a user at checkout. The user is then created after you have completed your order. You can then immediately see the status of the order you just placed.

 

Having a user gives you better access to your information, previous orders, etc. If you choose not to create a user, you will of course still be able to follow your orders through the ongoing emails we’ll send you.

 

Delivery

Depending on which type of delivery you have chosen, when completing your order, there are different expected delivery times with each shipping company. If you want to know more about the different types of delivery, you can read more here.

Furthermore, you’ll be able to see the status on your order, including tracking information, by logging in to your user account or by reading the ongoing emails we will send you. 

 

Order status - Track your order

You can track your order in real time and keep an eye on how far we’ve come with it in ‘My orders’ under ‘My pages’. You can see when we are packing it and when it has been shipped. Afterwards, you can follow the package after it has been dispatched from our warehouse and until you have received it or it is ready for collection in the parcel shop. When shipping your order from our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. This is another option to track your parcel until it’s delivered.

 

Change of order

If you need to make a change to your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service. You can change your order until we start packing it. Please note that we often start packing the order shortly after it has been placed.

 

Cancellation of order

As long as your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, you have the option to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on ‘Log in’ in the top right corner of the page and then on ‘Forgot password’. Fill in your email address and you’ll receive a new password by email.

How do I get a user account?

You have two ways to create a user:

How do I find a previous order?

Log in to ‘My pages’ with your email address and password. Here you’ll be able to see all of your previous orders under ‘My orders’. Under ‘Active orders’, you will find the orders that have not yet been shipped. And under ‘Previous orders’ you will find your old orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service. You can change your order until we start packing your order. Please note that we often start packing the order shortly after it has been placed.

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, you have the option to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

How far is my order?

Log in to ‘My pages’. Here you’ll be able to see your order status in real time under ‘My orders’.

Can I add something to my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make an addition to your order on our website, once the order has been placed. Instead, contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If you find that our shipping partner has not delivered the package to you, please contact our customer service and we will help you as soon as possible.

My package is damaged or there is something missing. What should I do?

If you experience a damaged or an incorrect delivery or if something is missing in your package, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
