We would like to accommodate you as our customer and ensure that you get the best and most favorable price on the market, when you shop with us. We continuously keep an eye on the prices in the market and carry out price controls so that we can ensure that our prices are the most attractive.
Price match policy
Price match applies to our entire range of +25,000 products.
Price match means that we match the price of an item found in another European webshop if, contrary to expectations, you find this same item at a cheaper price in another webshop. Price match applies when you compare prices at Bikable with other European webshops' prices (that is European webshops with company registration and stock in the EU).
The item must be in stock with us and at the relevant European webshop, and must be able to be delivered within 5 working days.
The item you price match with must be of the same brand, model, quality, size, color, etc.
Price match does not apply to goods that others only offer for sale as special, queue and opening offers or in limited quantities. Neither does price match apply to custom-made products, out-of-stock items from us or competitors, wholesale sales, member offers or individually negotiated prices.
When we compare the price, we look at the total price. This means that any shipping, card and processing fees are included.
Furthermore, we reserve the right for printing errors by competitors. The consumer's unalterable rights according to the law are not affected by Price match, e.g. in relation to complaints.
Make sure you have documentation in the form of a picture/screen print of the price you want matched.
How to get a price match on an item
When you would like a price match on an item, you must add a comment to the order at checkout. In this comment, you must give information about which product you would like a price match on. You must note the price at which you have seen the item. You must also write the link to the product and the online shop where you have seen it cheaper than with us.
You then complete the order, and we then correct the price afterwards and deduct the lower amount from your means of payment.

We match with all European webshops that have company registration and warehouse in the EU. The item must be in stock. Price match does not apply to goods which are on e.g. opening or queue offers or which are sold in limited quantities or as member offers, wholesale sales or individually negotiated prices.
