A redesigned version of one of the most popular racing tires of the time, the Continental Grand Prix 5000 (also known as gp 5000, gp5000 or gp-5000) and now in a version with brown sidewalls.

The deck is not just an update with a completely redesigned version; the level has been raised to that extent.

Continental reports that the tire has:

12% Lower rolling resistance.

20% Better puncture protection.

10 grams lighter.

They have, among other things, achieved this by redesigning the tire surface and pattern.

Black Chili Compound is considered by many to be the best rubber compound to date.

The tire is, of course, further enhanced with both VectranBreaker (puncture protection), ActiveComfort (shock absorption), and LazerGrip (road grip), all in an updated version, to provide the most optimal tire for all types of driving and routes.

The Grand Prix 5000 promises more than any other tire has previously dared and as we know from Continental, they always keep what they promise!
