Usage and Dosage:
Mix a portion by dissolving the contents of two scoops (approximately 30 g of the product) in a 500 ml bottle. During intense physical activity, it is recommended to consume 500 ml of the product for each hour of activity. Drink regularly (a sip approximately every 15 minutes).
