Extremely powerful light from Magicshine with extra high visibility.
The light output is 300 lumens and there are a total of six different light modes divided into flashing and constant light. These light modes use the different LEDs in different ways. There are two powerful LEDs pointing backwards, along with a strip around the edge. In addition, there is a powerful LED on the underside which provides extra high visibility.
The rear-facing LEDs have a visibility of 160 degrees, while the one on the underside can be seen all around.
The motion sensor ensures that the brake light is switched on when you slow down, while the light sensor ensures that the intensity of the light itself is adjusted. The LED on the underside will, for example, be off when driving in daylight.
When the light is off, the battery can be checked by pressing the button and reading the color:
Green: 21-100% battery.
Red: 11-20% battery.
Flashing red: 1-10% battery.
When the battery level is below 10%, the flashing function is switched to save power.
The battery life is between 6-200 hours depending on the choice of light mode and whether exercise and the light sensor are switched on or off.
This battery life is measured in 25 degree heat (under the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard) and may be different when used in colder or warmer temperatures.
The light is IPX6 certified.
