As the name indicates, with this hand pump you get to enjoy Topeak's smart 2STAGE function. In practice, this means that you can set the pump to either pump with volume or against high pressure. In this way, you can pump up your tire to the desired pressure faster and more efficiently.
If you set the pump to Stage 1, 71cc are pumped per pressure up to 50 PSI. If higher pressure is desired, you switch to Stage 2, where 24.8cc are pumped per pressure up to 90 PSI/6 bar.
The pump comes with a dust cap to prevent dust/dirt in the pump head as well as Topeak's own Side Mount bracket for mounting.
