The bracket enables you to now use the TreeFrogs Pro bike rack for bikes with different front fork/wheel mounts by simply purchasing the different axles/adapters that suit your bike's setup and are compatible with the Fork Mount Base.
In practice, this means that you can now, for example, easily transport the racing bike with 12x100mm Thru Axle and the MTB with 15x110 Thru Axle with the same bike carrier. You just buy the correct extra axles and change depending on which bike you are taking on the trip.
NOTE: The Fork Mount Base comes without axles/adapters - pictures for illustration only. These must be purchased separately, depending on what fits your bike.
