Maxxis Ardent is a MTB tire with good knobs that easily go in depth and give a really good grip, at the same time the knobs are designed so that they easily release the ground when the wheel rolls forward and has a very low rolling resistance.

With edge knobs that are made to "bite" into turns, but always have the best grip.

The Race 3C TR version is made with slightly lower knobs so the rolling resistance is even lower, but you still have a good grip.
