The shoe uses three Velcro straps as a closure system.

The shoe's outer sole is FLR's R250 MTB sole, which provides a good grip in the terrain. In addition, there are knobs that can be mounted if the terrain requires extra grip. This is especially useful in mud or if there is snow on the track. This also makes the shoe ideal for Cyclocross.
