This toe cover is made of windproof neoprene material, which effectively keeps the cold away from the tips of your toes. Additionally, the underside of the cover is made of a rubber material that keeps the cover securely in place.

The toe cover can be used either alone over the shoes or as a layer between the shoes and shoe covers.
