The shoe is designed in a robust design that protects the feet against impact, including a reinforced toe area. A low-profile design has been used for the midsole, which gives the feeling of control with really good comfort. A reinforcement plate is also integrated into the midsole, which provides stiffness, which means that more power is transferred to the pedals. Provision has also been made for the reinforcement plate so that it must be possible to walk normally and comfortably in the shoe.

The shoe is kept closed with a lace and velcro system which makes it possible to get a very good fit.

The outer sole of the shoe is Fox's Ultratac rubber compound which uses a specially designed tread pattern to provide a very good grip and good durability.
