365-day right of return

When you shop at, you have a 365-day right of return. Create return here.

For you to get the full purchase amount back, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. It must be unused, and all parts must be included. The item must be packed securely so that it will not be damaged during transport. You are welcome to combine more orders within the same return shipment.

You hold the responsibility and risk of the package, until we receive it. Therefore, keep the receipt for sending it and any track and trace number.

We process all return orders within a few days of their arrival. The purchase amount is returned to the card that was used for the order. If you want the money to be refunded to another account, you simply provide the account details - either on a note in the return package or in an email to us.


How to return an order

Here are the steps, you must go through, to return an order or item: 
1. Go to our "Create return" page.

2. Choose your country and click “Continue”.

3. Follow the steps through the return process in the popup.

4. Pay and print the return label directly in the popup.

5. Pack your goods securely and make sure to include your order number in the package. You can either attach a copy of the invoice or a note on which the order number is written. 

6. Apply the return label to the package.

7. Hand the package over to the carrier and make sure you get a confirmation.

Exchange of an item

If you wish to exchange an item, you simply place a new order and send the other item back (see section ‘How to return an order’ right above). This means that you do not have to wait for us to receive your returned item before you can receive the item that you want to exchange it to. Then, you will get the money back for the items, when they are returned.

Gift exchange

If you have received a gift that was bought at Bikable and you wish to exchange it, you must follow the normal return procedure. The only difference is that you must remember to provide your account information, if the money is to be transferred to an account other than the credit card with which the order was paid.
If you want the money returned to another account, you must send us an email with the order number and the account details, and we will make sure to return the money to that account.


Right of cancellation

You have a 14-day right of cancellation, when you shop at The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you: 

  • have received or picked up your package

  • get physical possession of the last item from a combined order where the items are not delivered at the same time

  • get the last spare part or part of an order, if the parts are not delivered at the same time

In order for you to claim your right of cancellation, you must contact Bikable before the 14 days have passed with the message that you regret your purchase. Furthermore, you cannot cancel a purchase by refusing to receive your order.


Goods and items excluded from the cancellation rights

The following types of goods or items are excluded from the cancellation rights:

  • Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to the customer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, e.g. mounting of tires and tubes on wheels


You lose your right of cancellation if:

  • you break the seal on goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return

  • delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery


The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you would try it in a physical store.
If the item has been used more than what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of your purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order for you to get the full purchase amount back, you are therefore only allowed to do the same as you would do in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount for the item(s) that you return. If you return all items ordered in the same order, we will also return the amount for the delivery you paid for when ordering. If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost. Regardless, you pay the price for the actual shipping to us (return).


Your returns will be refunded automatically to the method of payment used for the order, unless you give us notice of wanting to have the money returned to another account.


In case of a decrease in value of the item, you will be liable for this, and it will be deducted from the purchase amount.
