Continental Terra Trail is intended for gravel with the small and numerous knobs that give a good grip on loose ground and at the same time offer a low rolling resistance. The Terra Trail has rougher and higher knobs on the sides than the Terra Speed for a better grip in turns on loose ground.

The tire is made in Continental's Black Chili compound, which is based on the latest knowledge about rubber compounds and offers the best in both grip, wear resistance and rolling resistance.

The rubber mixture is made so that it is mixed specifically for what the tire will be used for.

The tire has a thin fiber insert that protects against punctures.

The tire size is 700x40C (40-622).
