The Pirelli Scorpion is made in Pirelli's SmartGRIP compound, which provides a good grip in all conditions, wet or dry.

The tire is shaped with experience from the Scorpion MX series, which are tires for motocross riders. Together, these tires have won more than 70 world championships. These tires are very competent to tackle the challenges on the singletrack track.

The tire is available in four different variants. This is specifically made for use on soft surfaces such as mud, loose sand or soil, and the like.

The Lite version does not have extra protection on the sides to achieve an even lower weight on the tire.

The pattern is made with a good distance between the studs, while the studs are large to provide maximum grip on soft surfaces.

The knobs on the side provide a good grip during turns.
