Eagle F1R is the next generation of Goodyear's popular Eagle F1 tire.

With the new Dynamic Ultra High Performance Compound, Goodyear has improved the tire on the three important parameters that they call "The Magic Triangle" - rolling resistance, grip and durability. Due to the new and improved compound, the tire percentage has become significantly better on several key components:

- 15.7% lower rolling resistance

- 19% better grip on the center of the tire

- 17% better grip on the sides

In addition to this, the tire has also been improved in terms of puncture protection. By incorporating an extra layer of lightweight nylon into the compound, the tire provides reasonable protection against both side cuts and more classic punctures.
