Group for upgrading to 12-speed with an alm. cassette case, e.g. for Shimano cassettes.

The group consists of rear derailleur, shift lever, and chain from Sram's GX group and cassette from Sunrace 11-50T.

It is thus possible to upgrade from both 8, 9, 10, or 11 speed to 12 speed with this group (must drive with 11 or 12-speed blades/crankset, however).

About the rear derailleur:

Can take up to 52 teeth on the cassette.

About the chain:

GX Eagle.

It is made for 1x12 speed, and comes with 126 links. It has solid rivets, so you get a bit more weight here than with the chains for the X01 and XX1 Eagle.

The chain has Flow Link technology, which provides a smoother shift. The inner plates of the links are completely smooth, so there is less friction, which also means less wear on both the cassette and the chain.

About the cassette:

12-Speed ??cassette that fits cassette cases for general. Shimano/Sram cassette in 8/9/10/11 speed.

Since it fits general. cassette casing is ideal for those who want to upgrade their driveline to 12-speed, as you can do this without having to change the body/cassette casing or wheels to Sram's XD system.

Can be used with 12-speed groups and components from Sram's 12-speed series, e.g. XX1, X01, and GX.
