Developed with input from top professional riders seeking an advantage, Mavic Crossmax SL Ultimate features an ultralight full carbon 29" rim (340g) for rapid acceleration and climbing without compromising stiffness and durability.

Mavic Crossmax SL Ultimate's adaptive rim construction, using a specific carbon layup technology, allows for producing rims with less material between the spokes. The spoke holes are reinforced with strategically placed carbon layers in a process that minimizes weight without compromising stiffness and strength. A lighter rim means faster acceleration, more efficient climbing, and a more responsive feel on the trail. The outer carbon layer features Mavic's new UD² construction for a distinctive appearance and increased durability.

The carbon rim is laced with 24 straight-pull spokes, two-crossed for maximum power transfer and improved vertical compliance. The new lighter Infinity hub design optimizes lateral stiffness, and the spoke lacing maximizes power transfer. Mavic's Instant Drive 360 freehub with a double ratchet system provides quick engagement.

Crossmax SL Ultimate 25 is compatible with 6-bolt brake rotors. The front wheel fits 15x110 front axle, and the rear wheel fits 12x148.

The wheels come with valves, spare parts, and MTB wheel bags.
