The cassette case is made for 11 speeds, which comes with a spacer disc so it can also be used for 8, 9 and 10 speed cassettes. The hometrainer is a smart trainer that can measure your watts with an accuracy of +/- 1.5%, which makes it extremely accurate. The wattmeter has a max. output of 2,100 watts and the exercise bike can simulate increases of up to 22%.

The hometrainer is made for ordinary quick release clamping, for both 130 and 135 mm. while adapters for 142x12 mm are also included. thru axle.
