It is fastened around the seatpost and saddles with velcro straps and snap fasteners, so you are sure that it stays in place even if you drive on gravel or other paths.
The bag is made of tarpaulin to ensure the waterproof property, and the bag is also closed by folding the opening so that no water can enter. The tarpaulin material also makes the bag easy to wipe off and wash.
