Brake pads included are of the type with cooling fins.

Comes complete with hose, pre-assembled and ready to be installed on the bike.

If it needs to be used with internal cable routing, the hose must be disconnected from the caliper or brake lever and subsequently reconnected after it's been threaded through the frame.
