Shimano XT M8100 front derailleur.

The front derailleur is mounted with a clamp around the seat tube. It is not recommended to mount this on carbon frames.

The front derailleur has been optimized to avoid chain scraping when used on a bike with longer travel.

Shimano has also looked at the trend with the wider tires, so allows a wider tire size.

It is made for a chainstay angle of 66-69 degrees.

A spacer for 31.8mm seat tube is included.
