The Shimano 105 R7120 Dual Control Shift Levers have a revised position setting; the ST-R7120 shift levers are developed using data from a wide survey of different hand shapes. The new ergonomic design of the Dual-Control levers accommodates a wide range of hand sizes and shapes, reducing the distance from the hood to the brake blade. This provides a better feel for gear shifts and much better control and modulation of the brakes with much less effort.
