Sram has here launched the world's first wireless electronic gear group for MTB - AXS.

The group brews on the technology from their well-tested and super well-functioning Etap technology.

The system is the fastest gear change Sram has made so far, just as the group is easier to set up easier to maintain than cable systems, and of course it just gives the bike a much cleaner look.

The kit is easy to put on a bike with XD cassette case and DUB bearings and is easier than ever as there is no need to run cables and the setting is done on Sram's app.

The group is made up of:

Crankset, chain, rear derailleur, cassette and trigger.

The crankset is with a 29mm DUB axle.

34 tooth Direct Mount blade.

X-Sync 2 technology.

175mm pedal arm.

Boost.

The rear derailleur is wireless and lighter than ever.

Comes with battery.

It is narrower so that it can withstand crashes better and sits closer to the bike.

The battery also fits in Sram's AXS Reverb seat post.

The chain is made with the new Flattop technology.

It is lighter and quieter than ever.

126 joints.

In the new Rainbow colour.

The trigger is wireless and has more options than before.

Can be set via Sram's app.

Can be mounted directly on the handlebars or on the Matchmaker clamp.

The cassette is made in the new Rainbow / Oil slick color.

It has 10-50 gearing.
