Ultegra 8050 DI2 is Shimano's new update of their very well known 6870 DI2 gear group, the group has got a completely new design with a lot of new features from its big brother Dura-Ace 9100. The group is now only 500 grams heavier than Dura-Ace 9100 in easiest configuration.

The new 8050 DI2 rear derailleur has a completely new design, which makes the rear derailleur take up less space so it has less chance of encountering inappropriate objects.

The rear derailleur can take 11-25T to 11-30T cassettes.
